Launch Event - November 2006, Surrey
The launch event was organised by Surrey County Council, the project lead partner, which took place in Surrey on 20th and 21st November 2006. The key attendants at the meeting were the project team from Surrey County Council and its partners from Uppsala and Valle d'Aosta.
At the event the project partners were welcomed and introduced to each other as well as to representative beneficiaries and target groups. This was then followed by a presentation outlining the project background and the anticipated outcomes. Details of the presentation can be viewed by the following link:

June 2006, Uppsala
The second event took place in Uppsala on the 14th and and 15th June 2006. The event opened with a performance called the 'Sisters Unbeatable'. It was about surviving domestic violence. On 15th June, in addition to each project partner providing an update on their project's progress, two external speakers were invited to speak about their specialist subjects: 'Victim of domestic violence' and 'Help and support to children exposed to violence in well-established families - obstacles and possibilities'.
November 2007, Valle d'Aosta
The third event took place in Valle d’Aosta on 25th November 2007 where an update on the project’s progress was presented and discussed.
